Kate Siebert, Samphire Founder

Kate Siebert has spent her career working at the sharp end of complex, high stakes environments. She understands what it takes to lead when conditions are uncertain, demands are competing and the cost of getting it wrong is real.

Her work spans emergency management, organisational resilience and government strategy. She has led and advised through some of Victoria's most significant events, including the 2020 and 2026 bushfires and the pandemic response, shaping policy and supporting the continuity of critical services at both local and state level.

Kate works with CEOs, executive teams and boards navigating environments where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low.

Samphire was established to do exactly that.
